We collect account information through Clerk, payment information processed by Stripe, title commitment documents and project data you choose to upload, plus technical and usage data used for security and performance.

We use information to operate the service, process uploaded documents and survey outputs, manage credits, send transactional communications, respond to support requests, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Third-Party Services
Clerk provides authentication and identity management; Stripe processes payments; Anthropic supports OCR and classification; Legal-Plot parses and georeferences legal descriptions.
5. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored in PostgreSQL on secure infrastructure with HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls. No security system is impenetrable.
6. Data Retention
Account and project data are retained while an account is active to provide the service. You may request deletion, subject to legal or compliance retention requirements.
7. Your Rights
Depending on location, you may access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, or receive a portable copy of personal data. Contact support@legal-plot.com to exercise these rights.
8. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies maintain authentication sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
The service is not directed to children under 18.
